Chelsee is located in Sudbury, Ontario Canada and willing to travel basically anywhere.

Admin hours are Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm.

I have officially opened my books to 2024 Intimate Weddings & Elopements. In 2024 to stay true to my adventurous and artistic vision, I am only accepting intimate weddings with a guest list that does not exceed 120 people.
